Located in Paynesville,
MN, Master Mark Plastics utilizes
proprietary technology developed through
years of in-house research. Master
Mark Plastics consistently produces high
quality product not normally associated
with recycled resin. Master Mark’s
material can be used in profile and blow
molded applications.
Today, Master Mark
Plastics purchases scrap material
throughout North America and Canada and
is ranked in the top 10 of recycling
companies.

Plastics produces a wide range of
blow-mold post consumer HDPE resins.
We have to ability to custom compound to
accommodate customer’s specifications.
Each load is individually inspected and
certified in order to meet our customers
specifications. The diverse market
applications of Master Mark’s PCR
include the blow-molding, automotive,
agricultural and pipe industries.

Pigmented/ Co-polymer
- HDPE Pail Grade
We have the ability
to process post-consumer and
post-industrial bales and regrinds.

Capacity
Master Mark
Plastics production capacity is around
42 million pounds annually. Our
extrusion lines range from 5-inch to
6-inch screws, with single and twin
screw extruder configurations.
Storage capacity is around 1.5 million
pounds.
